that showcases the struggles of the American
Civil Rights Movement.
Atlanta History Center- Founded in 1926, it is a history museum and
research center comprising of six permanent and many temporary exhibits.
Covering an area of 33 acres, it has several historic structures and gardens
like the Tullie Smith Farm, Wood Family
Cabin and Swan House.
Center for Puppetry Arts- Located in the city’s Arts District, the
Center for Puppetry Arts was founded by Vincent
Anthony with a vision to preserve this rare form of art. The center has three
different focus areas- the museum, education and performance. Hop-in and catch
one of their popular shows like Muppet Treasure Island and Rudolph the
